The mission of our Altus Angels Pediatric
Hospice Program is to ensure compassionate,
comprehensive care for children with lifethreatening
conditions and to create programs,
which directly improve the quality of their lives.

The bereavement Support Group is an opportunity
for you to learn about the natural grieving process,
share experiences and learn about grief management
in a group setting. These services are provided for
families of terminally ill and deceased patients.
