Everyone that took part in my Aunt's last 9 months of her life were amazing. Beginning with Tina, who came out to begin the process of Hospice at Home. She has a lot of compassion and understanding for her line of work. She made me understand the good and the bad about this process. Very honest and upfront. She took time to call me to see if we were doing ok. The first nurse was Charles, he was such a wonderful individual as well. Loved his attitude and he explained things that I was not aware of regarding my Aunt's illness. Nurse Jordan, Kyler, Kia, Helen & Lamona were angels in our path. I so appreciated everyone who took part that I may not have mentioned, but you know who you are. Chaplin Perez has a big heart with great words of encouragement. He took time every time I requested his presence to pray for us. Last but not least, all the delivery drivers who provided her oxygen and supplies. They are very knowledgeable of all equipment brought into my house. Everyone collaborates professionally and with lots of compassion. I love Altus!
